About Jon Kroman, Owner, Garvey Schubert Barer
Mr. Kroman has been in practice since 1982 and has been an owner in the firm since 1988. He focuses his practice on business organization and finance. He has counseled a broad spectrum of clients, including software developers, seafood companies, medical device manufacturers, suppliers of security products, telecommunications companies, and healthcare providers.
