We are pleased to announce the third course in the 2008 BALLE Business Basics series, Emotional Intelligence for the Workplace.

We will look at emotionally intelligent workplaces and how they create the moments for success in our business. We will explore our own emotional intelligence (EI) and the options for increasing our personal skills in EI.
