BALLE Seattle Gathering: Weaving Our Strategies Together

Dubbed “Weaving Our Strategies Together,” the Seattle chapter of the Business Alliance of Local Living Economies (BALLE) will hold a two-part gathering March 23, 2004, 6:00 pm, at the Community Living Room, 3400 Phinney Avenue N, Seattle.

Dubbed “Weaving Our Strategies Together,” the Seattle chapter of the Business Alliance of Local Living Economies (BALLE) will hold a two-part gathering March 23, 2004 6:00 pm, at the Community Living Room, 3400 Phinney Avenue N, Seattle. Attendees will engage in an innovative, effective approach to networking and community building and explore new business partnership opportunities. Drinks and light snacks will be provided. Admission is $10 for Seattle BALLE members, $15 for others.

Jon Ramer of the Puget Sound Community Alliance will discuss the Interra Project, an innovative approach to linking consumers, merchants and civic organizations. In the second half of the evening participants will self-select into small groups for networking.

BALLE Seattle adheres to the mission of the national organization, which now has chapters in 11 states and British Columbia. This mission is to support, connect, and strengthen local, independent businesses that are dedicated to building healthy, sustainable communities.
